🚔 Traffic Offences Detected in Wembley

Whilst on patrol in Wembley, PCSO Baker observed a moped being ridden on London Road without a registration plate and with the rider not wearing a crash helmet.

The rider was also seen riding on both the public road and the pedestrian footway. The vehicle was stopped and checks were carried out, resulting in the rider being reported for the following offences:

✅ Driving otherwise than in accordance with a driving licence
✅ No insurance
✅ No valid MOT
✅ No vehicle tax
✅ Failing to wear a crash helmet
✅ Riding on a pedestrian footpath
✅ Failing to display L plates
✅ Defective/worn tyre
✅ Failing to display a registration plate

The moped was subsequently seized and recovered to the vehicle pound.
